These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aha33 ("aha33," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aha33.app. This Agreement applies to all products and services offered through aha33, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, sports betting, and any promotional offers made available to registered users.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on aha33. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. aha33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You must notify aha33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where aha33 has been negligent.
• Account details, including your registered name and date of birth, cannot be changed after verification is complete without prior written approval from aha33 support.
• aha33 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including at the time of withdrawal requests, and may place a temporary hold on your account during such verification.

All financial transactions on aha33 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aha33 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list is displayed on the platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your aha33 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. aha33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. These minimums are subject to change.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise authorized by aha33 support.

• Deposits made by third parties are not accepted. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Any funds deposited on aha33 may only be used for gaming purposes on the aha33 platform. The platform is not a banking or financial service; your aha33 wallet balance does not earn interest and is not protected by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

aha33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

• aha33 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or the specific promotion rules.

All games available on aha33 — including JILI slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game or event, as published by aha33 or the applicable third-party game provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game only.

• All bets are final once confirmed. aha33 does not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers, except where specifically permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aha33 will endeavor to resolve the matter fairly based on available game logs. The decision of aha33 in such matters is final.
• Quoted odds for sports betting markets are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• aha33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a technical error, data feed error, or integrity violation has occurred.
• Players must not exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software malfunction may be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aha33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent gameplay.
• Attempting to launder money or use aha33 for any illegal financial activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related AMLC regulations.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any aha33 software or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aha33 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the aha33 platform — including but not limited to the aha33 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aha33 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any aha33 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any aha33 content without the prior written consent of aha33. Unauthorized use of aha33 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aha33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the aha33 platform.

aha33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aha33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aha33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

aha33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the aha33 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

aha33 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with aha33 by contacting our customer support team. aha33 will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, aha33 is also subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms and regulatory oversight provided by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.

aha33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aha33 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address associated with your account.
